“I cannot recommend the services on offer by Sunway Tenerife enough.
When we were still in the UK, I contacted several Tenerife estate agents when my husband and I first decided that we would like to live here. Some agents were only interested in when we were coming over for viewing trips and were fairly disinterested when I told them our plans were long term and we didn't really know when we'd be over.
However, Sunway remained in regular contact with us by telephone and email and I found their advice to be invaluable. We were given sound advice on everything from finding schools (we have 3 children) to where the best shopping is!
We were not pressurised when we decided to pull out of a purchase we decided wasn't quite right for us and eventually found a home that suited us all.
As our agents, Sunway helped us with all aspects of buying our property, from initial viewings to completing the legalities and changing the utilities into our names. Moreover, when we finally arrived here permanently three months ago, we were not just handed the keys and left to fend for ourselves. It is hard when you move to a different country, especially when there is a language barrier.
I sometimes wondered just what I had let myself in for and had worries about everything. Sunway helped us with everything (special thanks to Carmen & Suzanne), even questions I felt were silly were answered for me without hesitation and I never felt like I was wasting their time. The children are now in good schools and we are all settling into our new life in the sun.
All in all, they are an honest, professional team who I would recommend highly to anyone wanting to buy a property here.”
